Explore your crafty side with one of the following workshops we have to offer in the month of November:

 

Mosaic Workshop 

Where = Crafters Market, The Glen Shopping Centre;
When = Thursday, 17th November 2011 & Saturday, 19th November 2011
Time = 12:00 till 15:00;
Project = Tray

We will be showing you different cutting techniques, how to glue, grout and finish off your project.

The Workshop fee is R150.00 per student.

Starter Pack = you will need the starter pack in order to do the workshop, this is a once off cost to you as you will be able to use this in all upcoming workshops, and of course, to create your own projects. The starter pack has:

  • 1 x Mosaic Nipper;
  • 1 x Grout Wedgie;
  • 1 x Craft Glue; and
  • 1 x Cleaning Sponge

Workshop = the cost of R150.00 covers:

  • 1 x Blank Tray;
  • Variety of tiles to complete the Project
  • 1 x Grout

 

Beading Workshop

Where =Crafters Market, The Glen Shopping Centre;
When = Saturday, 19th November 2011
Time = 13:00 till 15:00;
Project = A bracelet and a pair of earrings

We are honored to have Michelle Holtzhausen from the Bead Book presenting the workshop.

The workshop fee is R200.00 per student which includes all the material needed for the projects.

 

Fabric Painting Workshop 

Where =Crafters Market, The Glen Shopping Centre;
When = Saturday, 19th November 2011
Time = 12:00 till 15:00;
Project = Painting of a Beach Bag = You can choose Roses, Fancy Shell, Dolphins or a Sea Horse.

Different techniques of mixing paints and shading will be shown. 

The workshop fee is R200.00 per student which includes all the materials needed for the project.

 

Rapid Studio Photo Book Workshop

 Where =Crafters Market, The Glen Shopping Centre;
When = Thursday, 17th November 2011 & Saturday, 19th November 2011
Time = 12:00 till 15:00;
Project = Create your own 24 Page Hard cover, A4 landscape Photo Book

Learn a new way of keeping your memories.

What to bring:

  • 50 to100 digital photographs
  • Notebook / Laptop (no iPads, Galaxy tabs etc.) with Rapidstudio software pre-loaded. Please ensure that the program is working.
  • Notebook & pen
  • Your printing voucher if you have one / workshop voucher if you have one.

The workshop fee is R200.00 per student.
